With a highly competitive market and strict guidelines on app distribution due to Google Play Store restrictions, TFG aimed to scale its user base and increase engagement, despite facing several key challenges.

1. Targeted Facebook Ads for APK Installs – Recognizing the popularity of fantasy sports, especially cricket in India, we crafted highly targeted Facebook ads.   • Audience Segmentation: We segmented audiences based on their interest in sports, specifically fantasy cricket. This allowed us to tailor the messaging to appeal directly to their competitive spirit.

2. User Journey Optimization – The user journey from downloading to using the app was one of the primary bottlenecks, as users were deterred by Google’s security warnings during the APK installation. We implemented the following changes to ease this friction:.
